Case reportsCreating a case report

Creating by typing or pasting

Fill in the case report form yourself with full control over the wording, and let the AI add a title and summary.

Not verified yet

If you'd rather write your case out (or paste in notes you already have), choose "Fill in writing" when you start a case report. This gives you a single form with everything in one place.

The form

The text form has a few parts:

  • Required Data and Optional Data — the same structured fields about the student as the voice path: age, sex/gender, the frequency of the challenging behaviour, and country are required; family status, disorders, severity, diagnoses, hobbies, and grades are optional.
  • "Detailed description of the situation (behavior level)" — the long narrative of what happened. This needs at least 100 characters (a live counter shows your progress).
  • "Student's anamnesis" — the student's background and history. This also needs at least 100 characters.

The 100-character minimums make sure there's enough detail for the AI to work with and for other educators to learn from. A few sentences each will easily clear the bar.

If you have a solution

If you started from "I have a solution" (the "Share case" button), the form adds a Solution section. Here you describe:

  • "Detailed description of the solution" — what you actually did.
  • "Outcome of the solution" — what happened as a result.
  • A success rating for how it went.

This is what turns your case into something others can learn from directly.

Save or publish

When you're done, you have two buttons:

  • "Save" — keeps the case as a private draft, visible only to you (and administrators).
  • "Save and publish" — saves it and shares it with the community right away.

Either way, "The created case study can be found in your profile." You can publish a private case (or unpublish a shared one) later from there.

The AI still helps

Even on the text path, you don't have to write everything. If you don't supply a title, the AI automatically generates a title and summary for your case from what you wrote. Your case is also detected as Czech or English and translated so it's available in both languages.

Unlike the voice path, there's no transcript to review — your case goes straight into your profile once saved.
