Exporting a case to Word (.docx)

Download a case report as a Word document, choosing which sections to include and what to name the file.

Not verified yet

You can save any case report as a Word document (.docx) to keep, print, or adapt for your own use. The export is built from the Download button on a case's detail page.

You need to be logged in to export a case.

How to export

Open the case and click Download

On the case's detail page, click the Download button. The "Download to .docx" dialog opens.

Name your file

Enter a name for the document. This is what the downloaded .docx file will be called.

Choose which sections to include

Tick the parts of the case you want in the document. The options are grouped:

  • Case Description — Summary, Description, and Anamnesis (the student's background).
  • User solution — the educator's own solution and its outcome.
  • AI Solution — any of the AI approaches: Proactive, Reactive, PBIS, SEL, RP, and NVC.

Include only what you need — for example, just the description and one AI approach.

Download

Confirm to generate and download your .docx file.

Good to know

  • The document is produced in your current interface language, so set your language before exporting if you want a specific one.
  • The result is an ordinary Word file you can open, edit, and share like any other document.

Formal education plans (BIP, IEP, PLPP) are described on the Education plans page; the AI Solution options here are the lens-based approaches covered under AI-recommended solutions.
