Your profile
Your personal workspace for the case reports you have created, including publishing and Word export.
Your profile is your personal workspace for the case reports you have created — not a public social page. Other people do not browse it; what they see of you is limited to the authorship shown on your published case reports.
At the top you will see your name, your professions and years of Experience, and the month you have been On Edustories since.
Your case reports
Below the header, Your Cases lists every case report you have created, with a search box and an Upload case button to start a new one. Each case shows its date, name, tags, a behaviour-trend indicator, its status, and an actions menu.
Each case carries a status badge:
- Private — a draft, visible only to you.
- Published — visible to everyone in the shared case library.
Publishing and unpublishing
From a case's actions menu you can switch it between private and public:
- Publish — makes the case visible to everyone in the shared library. Anyone browsing Edustories can find, read, and learn from it.
- Unpublish — returns the case to private, removing it from the shared library.
Before you publish, make sure the case is fully anonymized — no student names, school names, or places. Publishing makes the case available to all Edustories users.
For more on the full lifecycle of a case — from draft through review to published — see the case-report statuses guide.
Exporting a case to Word
From a generated case's actions menu you can choose Download to .docx to export it as a Word document. The export modal lets you pick which sections and solution approaches to include, so you can take a tidy, printable version of the case away with you.
